Tillvexa products are intended primarily for legitimate business and professional purposes.
Users must have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms.
If you use Tillvexa on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
You agree to provide accurate registration and account information when required.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tillvexa complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Software Licensing
Tillvexa grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the applicable software in accordance with their purchased or assigned license.
The license permits use of the software but does not transfer ownership of the software, its source code, trademarks, designs, or intellectual property.
Depending on the edition and licensing plan, software access may be subject to:
- License activation
- Account authentication
- Device registration
- Subscription status
- Authorized user limits
- Concurrent session restrictions
- Product-specific usage limitations
Any additional licensing conditions disclosed at purchase or activation form part of the applicable agreement.
5. Device Registration and Session Limits
Certain Tillvexa editions may limit the number of authorized devices or simultaneous active sessions.
For example, a particular edition or license may permit only one active POS session at a time.
Users must not intentionally bypass device restrictions, licensing controls, authentication mechanisms, or session limits.
Changing devices, reinstalling the operating system, or replacing computer hardware may require reactivation or account verification.
The applicable limits will depend on the purchased license and product configuration.
6. Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You agree to:
- Use accurate account information.
- Protect passwords and recovery information.
- Restrict access to authorized employees.
- Assign appropriate user permissions.
- Notify Tillvexa if you suspect unauthorized account access.
- Sign out from shared or public computers where appropriate.
Tillvexa is not responsible for losses directly caused by a user’s intentional disclosure of credentials, unauthorized sharing of access, or failure to maintain reasonable device security, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Business Data and Customer Ownership
Customers retain their rights to the business information they enter, upload, or generate using Tillvexa, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Such information may include:

- Customer and supplier records
- Purchasing information
- Restaurant orders
- Expenses and financial records
- Business images and logos
- Attachments and supporting documents
- Operational settings and reports
Tillvexa does not acquire ownership of a customer’s original business data merely because the data is processed using the software.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information they enter.
Users must ensure they have the necessary permissions to process personal information relating to customers, employees, suppliers, and other individuals.
8. Local Storage and Offline Operation
Certain Tillvexa desktop editions support local data storage and offline operations.
Business records, settings, and related files may be stored on the user’s computer.
Offline functionality may remain available without continuous internet connectivity, depending on the installed edition and its configuration.
However, certain services may require internet access, including:
- Account authentication or activation
- License verification
- Cloud synchronization
- Google Drive backup uploads
- Software updates
- Online support and connected integrations
Users are responsible for maintaining suitable computer hardware, storage capacity, operating system security, and reliable power arrangements.
9. Backup and Restore Services
Tillvexa may provide manual backups, scheduled local backups, and cloud-connected backup services in supported editions.
Backup functionality, storage destinations, encryption, retention settings, and restore capabilities depend on the software version and configuration.
9.1 Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining suitable backups of important business information.
Users should verify backup completion, maintain independent backup copies where appropriate, and periodically test recovery procedures.
A backup created locally should not be considered successfully stored in the cloud until the cloud upload is confirmed.
9.2 Backup Recovery
Where supported, Tillvexa may allow customers to restore business information from previously created backup files.
Restoring data may replace existing records or settings on the target installation.
Users should carefully review restore warnings and retain a separate backup of existing information before performing a restoration.
9.3 Backup Limitations
Backup and recovery operations may be affected by:
- Hardware failure
- Storage corruption
- Power interruptions
- Internet connectivity
- Third-party cloud service availability
- Incorrect recovery credentials
- Deleted or unavailable backup files
- Unsupported software versions
- Incomplete or interrupted uploads
Tillvexa does not guarantee that every backup can be recovered under all circumstances.
10. Google Drive Integration
Supported Tillvexa editions may offer optional integration with Google Drive for business data backup and recovery.
When users enable this integration, they authorize Tillvexa through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
10.1 Permissions
Tillvexa intends to use the Google Drive drive.file permission for accessing application-created files or files specifically authorized for use with Tillvexa.
This integration is not intended to provide unrestricted access to unrelated personal files in a user’s Google Drive.
10.2 Authorized Operations
Depending on the implemented features, Tillvexa may:
- Upload backup files to the connected Google Drive account
- List and identify Tillvexa-managed backups
- Download selected backup files
- Restore supported business records
- Update or remove application-managed backup files
- Apply user-selected backup retention settings
10.3 User Control
Google Drive integration is optional.
Users may revoke Tillvexa’s Google Account access through their Google Account settings.
Revoking access may prevent further cloud backup or restore operations until authorization is restored.
Previously uploaded backup files may remain in Google Drive until deleted by the account owner or removed under an applicable retention policy.
10.4 Third-Party Services
Google Drive is operated by Google and is subject to Google’s applicable terms, privacy policies, storage quotas, and service availability.
Tillvexa does not control Google’s infrastructure or guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
11. Subscription Plans, Pricing, and Payments
Tillvexa products may be offered under one-time licenses, subscriptions, trials, or other commercial arrangements.
Pricing, billing cycles, included features, renewal conditions, and applicable taxes will be disclosed through the relevant sales or subscription process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable purchase terms, purchasing one edition does not automatically provide access to every other Tillvexa edition.
Users are responsible for paying applicable charges according to the agreed billing terms.
Refund eligibility, cancellation rights, and renewal conditions will be governed by the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer protection laws.
12. Software Updates and Maintenance
Tillvexa may release software updates to:
- Fix bugs and errors

14. Tax and Regulatory Compliance
Customers are responsible for determining and fulfilling their applicable tax, accounting, invoicing, employment, recordkeeping, and other regulatory obligations.
Tillvexa does not guarantee that every edition automatically satisfies all tax or reporting requirements in every jurisdiction.
Any government or third-party integration is available only where expressly supported by the applicable edition.

16. Intellectual Property
Tillvexa and its licensors retain ownership of their respective intellectual property, including software code, designs, interfaces, documentation, logos, trademarks, and branding.
The Tillvexa name and related branding may not be used to imply authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation without permission.
Customers retain their rights to original business information and content they lawfully provide.
17. Third-Party Integrations
Tillvexa may integrate with third-party platforms for authentication, hosting, storage, payments, reporting, and other services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Users may need to create separate accounts or grant additional permissions to use these integrations.
Tillvexa is not responsible for independent changes made by third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law or contractual commitments.
18. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable software and connected services.
However, availability may be affected by:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Software updates
- Hardware or operating system issues
- Internet disruptions
- Third-party outages
- Security incidents
- Events outside our reasonable control
Tillvexa does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Where practical, we will work to resolve confirmed software issues and maintain supported services.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tillvexa software and services are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to any express warranties, support commitments, or statutory rights that apply.
We do not warrant that the software will be entirely free from errors, that all third-party services will remain available, or that every feature will meet every user’s specific business requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tillvexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the software, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Any applicable financial liability cap must be determined by the customer’s purchase agreement and mandatory law. These Terms do not establish a specific monetary cap.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users may discontinue using Tillvexa, subject to applicable subscription or purchase obligations.
Tillvexa may suspend or terminate access where justified by:
- Serious violations of these Terms
- Unauthorized or fraudulent use
- Material licensing violations
- Security threats
- Applicable legal requirements
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Users should export or back up their business records before discontinuing a service or replacing a device.
Termination of a software license does not automatically delete files stored locally or in a customer’s personal Google Drive account.
22. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is handled according to the Tillvexa Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy: https://tillvexa.com/privacy-policy/
By using Tillvexa, you acknowledge that the applicable data processing practices are described in that policy.

Tillvexa may update these Terms to reflect new editions, features, security requirements, commercial arrangements, or applicable legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be published on the Tillvexa website with a revised effective date.
Where required by law or contract, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain any necessary consent before material changes take effect.

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws.
For customers contracting with a Tillvexa business established in Pakistan, Pakistani law may apply, subject to mandatory legal protections and any governing-law provisions in the applicable purchase agreement.
